GEL Bush

Small injection-molded silicone parts developed for shock absorption and vibration damping properties. The silicone parts have very low water absorption, high compressibility and low compression set over a wide temperature range. They have good cushioning and vibration damping properties and are RoHS and REACH compliant for use of potentially hazardous chemicals. They also have good acoustic and thermal insulation properties and are suitable for long-term continuous use within -40°C to 100°C (-40°F to 212°F) temperature range, providing stable performance. They are available in a range of small sizes and can be customized upon client’s request. Flame retardant grades are also available. The tapes are also UV-, and chemical-resistant and are available as translucent strips. Applications include cell phones, computers, gaming systems, home electronic appliances and semi-conductor devices.
